Natto - JapaneseTraditional Food

I had tried Japanese traditional food today. Natto, fermented food from soybeans.

Ok, i love japanese food but not this one. Can't get along with my taste bud, the taste was bland ,sticky absolutely and the smell too strong.

 

But I really had fun when eating this food.The moment you stirred for mixing the soybeans and egg york, it becomes more sticy and when I tried to get using chopstick, the paste pulls apart like spider web.Awesome!

So, all the japanese food lover out there.Please try at least once.!

 

 

Maybe it will be last day for me to wrote in this blog.As the Mayan prediction,21st December 2012 will be last day for human in this earth,Apocalypse. Ok,that just prediction.

As Muslim, i believe to my God,Allah and Al-Quran.It will be coming,we will never know.Have a faith everyone.That all.

 

I guess,been so long I'm not update my blog.Nothing to update actually plus my laptop spoiled like a month ago, lucky I still had the warranty until next year. I realised the gadget now day easy to get spoiled especially after the warranty expired.It really disappointing fact since I had old laptop which is no brand  at all but still can use for 7 years. 

 

Last month I terminate the Astro and return back to my friend.Yeah, I started to clear some stuff at my house since I already planning to move back to KL. Now,I'm focus on looking new job in KL for better life and better salary,that for sure.!

I just can't wait since I already prepared my resignation letter.The time finally come.

My first time ever travel from Kyoto to Tokyo.I felt bit sad to saying goodbye after stayed 5 days at Kyoto.I missed people there,the hostel and everything.

After saying goodbye to my friend at Kyoto station,I went to Shinkansen station and pretending that I knew which train I should take to Tokyo.I never thought that I can be independent especially i had zero knowledge about the language.
*FYI, my friend still attending her conference and went to Osaka for Big Bang concert with another friend.So,that the reason why I departed to Tokyo earlier than them.

Bukit Kayu Hitam-Border Thailand

As previous post,I did mention we went to Hatyai by van,right? We depart from Penang around 5.45am and reached the border around 10.30am,if not mistaken.After queuing for almost 1 hours for declare our passport and everything we reached our hotel by 11.00am.

Sakol Hotel,Hatyai.Place we stayed for 3 days and 2 night.

Not 5 star hotel but this hotel really affordable and comfortable for stay.If you want budget and good service for hotel,I really recommended this hotel.

Choc Cake

Ok,hands down!
My first trial baking cake was FAILED.Its burn outside but still can eat inside.Sobs.Totally failure.
I bought the instant one,supposedly it is easy to bake but i don't know how to control the temperature.I just realized when i smell something burning from kitchen.If my mum know about this,I bet she will be nagging to me.Lol.
Anyway,i should proud myself since i had effort to try baking cake.Definitely will try again.

Live Your life

The idea for sleeping at my couch since last week was not good idea at all.I still wake up late for work like everyday.Yes,everyday!
The raining season became one of the reason why i had this ideas.For avoid me feeling too comfy sleeping at my bed was bad idea.So, today i change my plan with sleeping at my bed and set the alarm as usual and for not torture myself and health again.No point,right?

Fushimi Inari Shrine

When I was doing research about Japan,I really keen to visit this place.I'm totally fall in love with this place when I watched the movie "The memories of Geisha".

Once you get out from the JR at Inari station you can see this big gate welcoming the visitors.We reached there quite late and the weather felt like chilly around 5.00pm.Well,It was Spring!I love it!

Like the simplicity of the landscape,between the hardscape and sofscape.

I guess this month is not good month for me at all.Everything was ruined because of some people really make me pissed off.
First,I don't understand why people like to care if that person not married yet.Such a pity statement and pity with your mind set.God give you a life to achieve and follow the path you choose and still busybody about other people life?Goshh.,seriously this person need to brainwash maybe with Clorox i guess?

I admit that I'm easy to get mad.Yes,can you hear this word?
Once you reach my boiling point ,you can see a different perspective of my side.I just can't stand anymore.I tried to keep for so long and finally just because of one mistake i really can't take it at all.I know everyone have their busy with the life, works and etc.But please considerate if you can't make it,just tell me.Don't keep so long until like 3 weeks to inform me.It's all about work attitude.

And today my boss did it again.She keep asking me,what other designer doing?It totally remind me 2 years ago and because of this,one of the designer not satisfied with me.Trying to back up what are they doing sometimes really killing me because i've been working with them so long and we are close.I really hope that my boss not "ambush" other designer after this.Working with this kind of invironment totally make me tired.Yes,tired.

Coconut Ice cream

It was really hot in Hatyai.The only thing keep on my mind was to grab something that cool can reduce the hotness! This is what i ate when we went to Samila Beach,Coconut Ice cream. You can only add 3 of 5 item to your ice cream.

 I choose bread, glutinous rice and peanuts for crunchy taste.

I really enjoyed the ice cream.The taste was awesome with good price! 30bhat for one cup of ice cream.

Had a short trip to southern of Thailand,Hatyai for 3days and 2 night.

"Dango" at Hakone

Japanese snack called "Dango" made from rice flour. From left, Dango with Soy bean powder and the right one dipped with soy sauce.I prefer the right one,chewy with the moderate of sweetness.

Came back to Malaysia and tried to look for this snack but until now I can't find it.I miss this food so much.

If happen you are in Japan,please try this one,really recommended.The price for one stick around 150 - 200yen.
MUST TRY!

I'm totally falling in love with this place,Arashiyama is must place to visit in Kyoto.

Handphone and me.

For the record,I'm not so good in using the technology device especially when I'm holiday or back to hometown.

Sometimes when I'm away,I will remind some of my friends that I will be not in touch with my phone, mail and facebook.Seriously.

Especially when I'm at hometown,I will keep my phone at my room and leave it until like I feel like want to go and check on it.Bad attitude huh?

Not like other people will carry their phone everywhere.

For some reason,I just need a privacy when I'm at hometown,spending time with my family and enjoying my  rest day.That all.

I should say,you are lucky if I replying your mail,sms or call if I'm away.Forgive me if I'm so arrogant or selfish.That, who I am. In one year, i can count how many times I go back to hometown for visiting my family and for some reason I prefer not get in touch with any technology device especially phone.

So,I'm apologizing for those feel irritating if I'm not answering the call, replying the mail or sms.

Not so up-to-date my phone.As long can make a phone call and Sms,that should be enough for me. Stingy me? I'm not.

 I just like to wait until the phone spoil and I can change a new one. My previous phone history with me was 5 years. I'm really good in keep my stuff.That all.

Plan to Plan

Short update before I go to my bed.Pretty late actually because I need to wake up earlier to have my "sahur". Beside busy with work, I'm planning to have short trip with my colleagues after Hari Raya to Hatyai,Thailand only 3 days and 2 night.

 I'm counting for my next trip to Hatyai,craving for the Thai food especially this one,"Somtam".Yummyliciuos! 

Now, I'm doing research for my Chinese New Year trip next year to Bangkok and I plan to travel by overland and cross to Cambodia. Still on progress by reading traveler blog and Lonely planet,and still not sure who can join me for this trip.

Winter trip will be end of next year to Korea,which is included with Jeju Island trip.Still figure out the cost since I try my best to cut down the cost and find the best way to travel around that country.So far, the only person will be join is Hirda,my best travel partner!

That for now,my blog about Japan still pending until now.Really need a good time to blog about Japan.

Hello August!

I just can't wait for next weeks.Yeah,I'm coming back to hometown.

Flight ticket ? Checked!

This month is holy month for Muslim around the world.We start fasting since last two weeks. My routine bit different from previously,I'm trying to improve my reciting Al-Quran with the translation.To be truth,I don't understand the Arabic words at all,that the reason why I read again and trying to understand for my own good.

 After two years stopping myself from taking any part time job for drawing,I did for this month.At first, I don't have any gut to do it again based on my previous experience, when people not pay me the fees after I'm done for the drawing.But,who know, I feel blesses this month when I start again the part time and this person paid me on time.That the reason why I'm kinda busy this month. And, obviously shopping is main goal and I push myself to take this part time job and spending my weekend at home.It was worth it!

Let me share something the food that i love to eat..Dim sum!

Dim sum is my on list now!!.I bought this dim sum when i went out to buy food for the breaking fast at Bayan Baru.Had 4 different flavors and I'm not really like the black pepper dim sum,too strong for me...:D

 

Weekend in Kuala Lumpur

Last two weeks ago I went to Kuala Lumpur for attending my best friend wedding at Lembah Keramat.The wedding totally nice with Garden theme and the best part was when I can meet up my friends.It was small reunion for us too.

It was short trip me in Kuala Lumpur.Before went back to Penang, I went for another wedding accompany my sister family.Love taking my two little niece.They both are amazing,the time spent with them too short,will be miss them so much.

Itchy tooth?

I'm not sure if other people have experience or not.But seriously my right teeth feel itchy and at the same time i have ulcer inside my mouth.Bleeding gum? yes too.

The only thing i can do now is controlling for the food taken every time.Sobs.

After long period no exercise, finally I went to Mengkuang Dam for jogging after my friend asking me to join her on that weekend.Mengkuang dam is the largest dam in Pulau Pinang located at Bukit Mertajam become the popular place for jogging,treaking and enjoying the scenery.
