Work Attitude.

I'm just feel annoyed when people keep asking and discussing about political issue at my office.Regardless,whatever your opinion about your race, religion or your politic view.Don't you know how to respect other people?

And, it become worst when they keep discussing whithout using their brain and knowledges.For me, they only full of the emotional and never think about the fact. why so hard for them to understand and respect other people religion and race?

If you said u not races ,ask yourself and why you keep asking and having discussion about the sensitive topic at the office? i mean at office...why? Don't you know about the work attitude and manner?

Yes, if you asking me i can give you the answer but i don't want to be like you.Person who never know about work attitude.For me , i respect whatever your religion either you are Buddha , Hindu or Christian. But,as yourself you need to respect other people before discussing about other religion.Fair enough right?

I don't think  so you need to do discuss about that topic at office.I can't see the good thing when you discuss about  that,for me it just show you never ever respect other people believe.

1. Be humble and polite to your co-worker and others.

2. Do not criticize anyone.That is not your job.

3. Always be profesional and do not take any thing personal.

4. Be friedly with your opposite sex colleagues and do not involved in any sexsual litigations.

5. Do not break the client dress code.It is not a good idea to go to office in jeans and sneakers even have a casual dress code.

6. Light cologne is fine  but do not use strong perfume.

7. Do not talk loudly when you talk over the phone or to you colleagues.Talk in soft and clear voice.

8. If you have any dental issue problems, make a dental appoinment with your dentist.If dental problems go unchecked,they lead to embrassing situations involving bad breath.Have breath mints,chewing gum or peanuts in you desk.Check you breath before talking to our colleaguespersonally.
9. Wear fresh and neat clothes.
10. Always be punctual.
11. Complete your assigned task within time frame.Do not postpone it.
12. Do not talk about politics and religion in the office permises.
13. If you are invited for a happy hour party or any party try to attend it at least for some time. That is the best place to know more about your cooleagues.
14. Do not play music loudly.
15. Be as easy going. Do not get the "tough guy" label.
16. Attend meetings regurly.
17. Be enthusiastic.
18. Try to be helpful to your co-workers.
19. Be a good listener.Do not interrupt when someone else talking.
20. Discuss but do not argue.
21. D o not lose your creadibility.

Actually it is good for everyone.Even ,sometimes i break this rules especially the dress code because everyday i will wear jeans and shirts to office.
